山東二襯(chen)(chen)臺車(che)(che)介紹;我公司(si)生產的(de)二襯(chen)(chen)臺車(che)(che),廣泛用(yong)(yong)于隧道施(shi)工,涵洞(dong)施(shi)工等(deng)作用(yong)(yong),具有安全(quan),移動(dong)(dong)(dong)靈活(huo),操作穩定(ding)等(deng)特點深(shen)受廣大(da)(da)客(ke)戶的(de)青睞(lai),二襯(chen)(chen)臺車(che)(che)結(jie)構型式可(ke)采用(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓式和(he)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)式。經(jing)分(fen)析(xi)比較(jiao)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓式對臺車(che)(che)架(jia)剛(gang)性要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)低,結(jie)構型式靈活(huo),重量輕,加(jia)工要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)和(he)施(shi)工中(zhong)鋪設軌道的(de)標(biao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)低,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)方便,但對液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓缸自鎖性要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)(gao),襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)中(zhong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓缸不允許回縮。機(ji)械(xie)(xie)式則相反(fan),由(you)于一個(ge)(ge)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)要(yao)(yao)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)數個(ge)(ge)絲(si)杠(gang)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong),對各(ge)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸同軸度要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)(gao),且臺車(che)(che)架(jia)有較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)剛(gang)度,結(jie)構尺寸(cun)準確,因結(jie)構較(jiao)重、加(jia)工要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)(gao),而且因絲(si)杠(gang)是同步動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(不象液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓傳動(dong)(dong)(dong),各(ge)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓缸可(ke)同步,也可(ke)單獨動(dong)(dong)(dong)作)因此當(dang)軌道標(biao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)誤差(各(ge)點不在(zai)同標(biao)高(gao)(gao)(gao))較(jiao)大(da)(da)時(shi),將直(zhi)接影響模(mo)板(ban)位置,從(cong)而影響襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)質(zhi)量。經(jing)分(fen)析(xi)比較(jiao)選用(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)方案,對液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓缸采取液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓鎖和(he)平衡(heng)閥等(deng)措施(shi),使(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓缸自鎖;同時(shi)配套采用(yong)(yong)絲(si)杠(gang)機(ji)構進行(xing)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)鎖定(ding),并加(jia)強(qiang)模(mo)板(ban)的(de)支(zhi)承,保(bao)證了模(mo)板(ban)在(zai)襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)時(shi)不回縮,不變形。實踐證明襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)臺車(che)(che)采用(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓式較(jiao)合理,是發展(zhan)方向。
